Frédéric Pie has crossed these continents by motorbike, by 4×4, and on foot, more than 130,000 km of raw experience. He knows paths no travel guide has ever set foot on.

I spent twenty years accelerating. Building, leading, performing in the world of the internet and digital, at a time when everything was being invented. I was in my element. I tasted the intoxication of growth. And one morning, that place was no longer enough. I realised I was running, but no longer knew toward what.
What followed was never planned. I sold my seventh and final company, parted with all my material possessions, and set out onto the roads of the world. Seven years of long-haul travel, a nomadic way of life, and an existence more exhilarating than my wildest dreams.
A whole string of unknown territories, deserts, rivers, forests, hundreds of faces. But above all, a slowness learned through the company of my own happy solitude. A lightness won kilometre by kilometre, in that fabulous return to myself that travel offered me.
Those years taught me what no management book ever does: that the unknown is the finest teacher, that slowness is a form of intelligence, and that meeting the other is the only serious way to know oneself.
Today, I claim to teach nothing. I offer something rarer: to accompany you where you would not have gone alone. Not ahead of you, beside you. Like true travelling companions.
I am neither therapist, coach, nor guru. I am a rekindler of your inner flame, someone who knows the side roads, who knows when to remain silent and when to speak, and who has learned to read what landscapes say to the humans who know how to listen.

No participant in a Freebird experience is ever mentioned, photographed, filmed for public distribution, or quoted - in any form, in any space whatsoever.
Not on this site. Not on social media. Not in the press. Not even in our own exchanges with other candidates.
What you live here belongs to you alone. And we are its guardians.
For many of our participants, visibility is a permanent professional constraint. Freebird is one of the rare spaces where that constraint disappears entirely. We never compromise on it, not even for an anonymous testimonial, not even for a faceless photograph.
The contract we sign together will naturally include all of our obligations and commitments. Our clientele is entirely familiar with these standards.
Within the strict framework of the relationship between Frédéric Pie and the participant, certain elements may be noted, not to be shared, but to nourish the continuity and depth of the guidance. These notes never leave our circle.
No personal data is transmitted to third parties. No participant list exists. Your application is handled directly and personally by Frédéric Pie.
